Mercury Scorpion 350 Will not start

I have a 2013 Epic 21V Wake boat was running rough at low idle so had tune up done at my marine now it will not start turns over but will not run . They have just about changed and checked everything. The boat ran great at higher rpm . Motor has no codes they have checked the all the sensors, fuses (if they found them all) but have came up with nothing . So just asking if anybody knows something they don't and the kicker is Epic went out of business 2019 so I am S.O.L for any wiring schematics .

The wiring of significance is going to be engine related, so you should see about getting the engine manual, if you don't have one.

• fuel
• compression
• spark

It would be best to figure out which one you don't have.

Did the marina give you the boat back in a non-running condition?

Is there a lanyard at the control box that may have come loose?

They still have it. I know it has compression and fuel but spark it will only spark once then nothing . I think its something they hit or unplugged just enough for it not to run , bad ground or corrosion on a plug. They did say it needed a software update and they did do that so I told them to flash it back to the old version. I am waiting to hear back from them today .

They said they checked it and it gets only one spark. I know it has the DTS throttle with the kill switch built into it . Was trying to find a schematic on that but no luck.

Went to the Marine last night and ask the service manger if I could take a look at it his go for it . Only took me about 30min to find the problem they had the wrong cap and rotor kit in it.
