I have a 35hp mercury outboard from I think 86 it was the first year they developed oil injection, which was taken out the outboard. The engine will start fine every time, it idles fine, and will run great all day until you give it to much throttle. Then it will start to run rough, it will slow down then speed up and won't even run good slow anymore. Anyone have any idea's.
