I have a 2002 mercury 9.9 2 stroke and it won't run unless the choke is on. I took it apart and cleaned everything. Put it back together and it wasn't any better. So I bought a carb kit that had mostly gaskets no fuel pump, needle valve float ect. I put it back together and still the same. I have adjusted the screw on the front top of carb still won't work. What parts should I replace?
