Mercury not charging 650

Howdy<br />i got a 650 3 cylinder serial #3456151 mercury outboard that isn't charging.<br />I took a voltmeter and measured before starting and after it started. 12.4 in both instances. So from what I have gathered I should replace a rectifier. Heres my problem whats the rectifier? Is it the small square box on opposite side of switch box with yellow wires going to it?<br />Where can I get one of these rectifiers? and are they easy to replace? Looks straight forward to switching one out.

Rectifier showed up today and was a very simple install. (little square box as suspected)The motor is now charging again... hurray!! Thanks for the help on this one and the magic search feature
