I bought a used 9.8hp 1985. I replaced the water impeller and had a hell of a time getting the lower unit back on. Now when I go to switch gears it only works on occasions. Also when the motor is idling smoke comes out the pee_er when i give it more throttle like half water comes out fine. Whats the problem???????
