I have a 1996 Mercury Force 120 hp outboard. Initial checkout showed charging system putting out 19 - 23 volts. I replaced the voltage regulator, output went to zero. Reinstalled the old regulator still zero. Replaced the stator. Still zero with either regulator. Don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
