Gee, real simple. Put the outer flywheel on with two finger tight bolts and remove spark plugs. Stick a screwdriver into the top cylinder and turn flywheel until top cylinder is as close to Top Dead Center and you can make it. Now remove the 5/16" flywheel bolts and turn outer flywheel only until timing marks nearly align. Install 8 bolts with blue locktight. You only need to be within 45* to chose the correct position.
