Mercury Control Box

Hi, I picked up a 1989 Mercury Classic Fifty out board motor. Actually it is a 45 hp. Does anyone know where can I go to find someone who might have a control box for sale for this outboard? Thanks.

Try ebay, CList or a boat salvage yard if you are looking for used. You could also post on CList a wanted ad.

Maybe find a project boat with the right controller for cheap, salvage the good parts, sell trailer if it comes with one, scrap the hull.

If you are looking for new I'm sure there a several vendors out there that will be glad to have your business.
