Mercury Black Max 150 HP

I have a Bassmaster fish & ski with a Mercury Blackmax 150 HP outboard. I am not sure of the year, but I think late 80s. I am having a problem with the power tilt switch on the throttle handle. It will lower the motor, but not raise. There are 2 other switches located in the front and in the rear. Both of these work fine. I am assuming its just a broken switch. Does anyone have information on where to find this device and how to replace.<br /><br />Thanks!

Sounds like it is definitely the switch. The mechanism is located right under the button. You will likely have to remove the throttle assembly in order to get at it to remove and replace. Not too big of a task.
