Mercury 90hp 4 stroke die between 3000 and 4000 rpm

Hi everyone.

My engine runs fine from idle to 3000 rpm and fine with full throttle. But between 3000-4000 rpm it die and i have to pump fuel with my fuel pump rugby ball.

Can anybody help me? Sorry for my bad English, im Danish.

Lots of things missing here what year, model, is it carbureted?

Sorry, it's from 1999 with 4 carburator. 90hp 4 stroke.
