My 1974 Mercury 9.8 (110) is running rough. It will stay running indefinately but only at a very low rpm (and rough) when I give it full throttle. I have thoroughly cleaned the carb. and replaced all the carb. gaskets. I replaced the perma-gap plugs as well. My gas vent is open on the tank and the gas in new. The fuel pump is attached to the carb. and appears to be functioning normally. ANY ADVICE?!
