Mercury 650 ob not cranking

just got this boat, its got a merc 650 65hp out board on it i put a new battery in it, filled the lower unit, mixed the gas and filled the tank, hooked up the rabit ears turned on the water and went to crank it and .............nothing a click from the solenoid, and the starter makes a buzzing noise thats all and on top of that the trim dosent work. any ideas????

alright got it fired up and running smooth, but still no power trim? i checked and i have power at the trim switch and at the junction box, it is a jamar 500 power trim and tilt.
