Just rebuilt the carbs on my old Merc 650. Could someone tell me the correct proceedure of how to re tune the carb screw? I just reset them to the no of turns before I rebuilt (Top 1 1/4 and bottom 3/4 out from fully screwed in) but it seems to be running way to fast and wont idle slowly without pulling the distributer right back.
