mercury 65 hp wiring diagram

Im new to boat engines but have some mechanical know how but poor elecrical know how can any one post a wiring scheme for it i can locate and send a serial no tommorow its about 20 yrs or more old i think not sure if i put right wires back in place. Also whether i put the shift cables right way round thus not sure if it will even start as no ignition now but was before after carb clean ? IM a novice and could do with some help...

I have a 1966 wells craft with a 66 65hp mercury outboard and it's runs but it blows my coil pack why is that help
