My 2008 mercury 50hp water pump went out while boating, engine got hot. Babied it back to the dock but something is definlety wrong. Had the compression tested and all three cylinders were about 120psi. Spark was also good. The motor starts and runs but full power is about 3/4. Motor surges at half throttle but runs good at full throttle. Any ideas? Thanks
