Mercury 50 possibly bad baffle plate

Can anyone please tell me about the marked spots in the picture i have putted in the attachment- is it the corossion or water deposits? Also i would like to know if that baffle plate could work or not. Thanks in advance. http://postimg.org/image/a0umsjijz/

Had to replace my baffle for the same problem. All of that rot lets water through to the combustion side
