Mercury 50 ELPTEFI 4 stroke sputters and dies HELP

Will not stay running at low RPM when cold. I've tried to date (power packs, reflashed the computer, replaced all filters, ipac, throttle body, cleaned injectors, etc) still the motor sputters and dies at around 1200 RPM. Can you give me any leads as to what the cause may be??

Who cleaned the injectors....what were the results before the cleaning and after the cleaning...any good company will give you those spec's.. I use Brucato for all my fuel injected Mercury outboards..... Fuel pressure....you got to have enough fuel pressure to fire off the injectors or the motor won't run...who reflashed the computer and why? how old is the fuel? compression and leak down test? just some ideas on things to do to rule out.....

There are a few places you need to look. Do you have fuel pressure. Do you have it on both sides (coming from the VST and going into the VST) Are we sure that this is a fuel problem. Does it only sputter out at idle? Can you get it to rev past that on the hose (water hose)? Start there and let me know the results. (for testing fuel pressure and a water filled gauge with a shrader hookup
