Hi everyone.
My Mercury 402 40hp didnt have water came out the telltale. I stopped after the motor ran about 30 second. took the lower unit off. Replaced impellor. Today i try to use the garden hose to force the water go through copper pipe
to see if the water come out the telltale. but i didnt see any water come out.
the question i ask is. was that the correct way to do? did i ruin the motor? what can i do to fix it?
