Mercury 40 hp 2 stroke 4 cylinder gearcase oil fill

Hi.
I see a threaded plug marked "Vent" but no Drain/Fill plug. Can I get some help please?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... The Fill/ Drain plug is down low, near the point of the bullet of the lower unit,...
