My 40hp 4-stroke stumbles and almost stalls when closing the throttle after running at high rpm. It starts fine and smoothly advances to WOT. Only when reducing throttle to slow down does it almost die before quickly returning to normal. Engine is a two year old 'bigfoot' mounted on a 24' pontoon. Could this be a carb. ajustment problem? If so how do I fix. <br />Thanks PT
