Im rebuilding the carbs on my 2001 merc 90 horse 90elpto ot237017 and i need to know the torqe specs for the carbs. any helap would be appreciated
What torque specs do you want, carb or carb to engine mounting?
I just looked in my Merc manual and in the carb repair section there are no torque specs. I use a screwdriver and do a cross tightening pattern when reinstalling the bowl. And with just the screwdriver and my hand tighten till they feel good and tight, not wrench breaking tight, but good and snug. On reinstalling to the engine, using a 6" wrench, just good and snug again.
