I have a 1995 Skeeterzx150 with a Mercury 150 2.5 XRI engine. It starts up revs high and shuts down. Now every now and then it acts like it wants to idle for about 3 seconds then in shuts down. The mechanical fuel pump had been rebuilt, new inline fuel filter, fresh fuel and oil with Sea foam and Ethonal treatment, flywheel and stator are clean, electric fuel pump and Ecuador assembly have been replaced. I bought boat 2-1/2 summers ago and started restoring it. Boat sat 3 to 4 years prior to me buying it. TPS had been replaced also. What am I missing?
