Hello,
I have a 2001 Mercury 150 EFI, unfortunately with fuel leakage at the contacts (+ and -) of the Electric Fuel Pump in the Vapor Separator Tank (VST). As soon as I turn on the ignition and start the engine, it sprays out of there (see blue circles in 2nd picture), I think due to pressure build-up of the pump. It seems that a small O-ring (no. 23) on top of the pump does not fit properly, causing the fuel under pressure to escape from the housing of the VST. My questions so far:

- Is anyone familiar with this issue and managed to fix it?
- Is the fuel supposed to circulate through the fuel rail and is there something clogged downstream of the VST (i.e. after the fuel pump), causing it to leak here?
- Any other ideas and suggestions regarding this matter?
