I have an about 15 year old Black Max 150 and recently I noticed, that inside the engine, from a small pipe connected to the oil-system, unmixed oil runs out and dripping into the engine. Something like a Whiskeyglass full in 20-30 minute engine-run.
This is not from a broken pipe etc. but from a pipe which is especially for that purpose, perhaps something like an overflow system?!

Did anyone had similar problems?
I assume maybe it's a faulty oil-pump or some kind of valve?

Replace the Tee check valve the hose is attached to.

No need to cross fingers. There's 2 lbs of pressure on that "T" under normal operating conditions. The "T" is a check valve, with a one way valve to that dangling rubber hose that is not supposed to allow anything to go out the hose, but if the feed line gets plugged, pinched, or stepped on so it can't supply oil, the check valve opens up and allows air to enter and proceed to the tank on the engine. As soon as the oil level starts to drop, the alarm goes off. You then have about a half hour to get home.

Obviously, the check valve is leaking back.

hope it helps
