I have searched high and low for some settings for the carburetors. I just bought this boat and it wont idle for me. I screwed the screws in just to see what they are set at and they were all three different. And one other question. The hose that goes from the bottom carb up to the middle carb looks to be kinked and I don't think its getting adequet fuel. Is that normal for that hose to be kinked? And 1 more. Where can I get fuel pump kits? An online place would be best unless you think I could find them locally?

Welcome to iboats!

Seat the screws lightly and back them out 2 turns. That will give you a starting place without being to lean.
I would think any kinked hose would be a bad thing.
You can get a kit here on iboats, you can do a search for it.

all 3 carbs should be the same, right? there was only one that was 1 1/2 out, the others were 3/4. The hose that I spoke about is one with threaded ends on it, and it appears to be to long. Where can I get these hoses?

Set all 3 the same to get you started. Can you post a pic of the hose you are talking about?

Search as far as the FAQ forum on this board. Look for the timing and sync post. Fuel pump kits are available over the counter.

Kinked fuel lines are never good - if you had to even ask that - STOP and go to a mechanic qualified on old mercs.
