In a mad dash to figure out what ended up being 2 shot modulators, I had the flywheel off to take a look at the stator and switch. Playing around with mod swaps, I left the flywheel nut loose. When I finally got the motor to kick up uunexpectedly to wot, the flywheel hovered enough for a second while I pulled back on throttle to end up breaking the keyway. The timing seems to be completely off right now. Besides proving my stupidity! What did I do to the motor?
