I am re- installing the head on this newer mercury 4 stroke and the cam sprockets are not lining up with the two shiny links on the timing chain. Do I need the flywheel at top dead center to set the twin cam timing? If I install the chain links with the V on the cams I am past the timing mark about 90 degrees.
