mercrusier power steering question

Strangest thing, went up to the boat today to de-winterize it and found all my power steering fluid in the bilge. how could this happen?<br /> Anyway, The underside of the pump was covered in fluid as if it may have a hole in it, I think I will replace it, it looks exactly like the pump I have seen on many GM cars, is it the same pump? thanks for any help on this one.....
