Hello all, I am a novice boat user, and for my first boat i recently acquired a renken 19 foot with a mercrusier 120hp i/o, i noticed that on the right side of the engine, down near the bottom is a black tube(says mercrusier freshwater system on it.) with a couple of hoses running from the top of the tube, going to the engine, but, upon a closer look, on the bottom of the tube towards the transom wall there is what appears to be a brass fitting,(I noticed clear water pouring out of this tube, when engine is run) and i noticed along the transom wall itself, there are some metal clips, that appear to have held some sort of tubing. Is there supposed to be a line running from this fitting, along the transom wall and routing to where ?<br />this is a 1977 boat.
