Hello i have a 2003 mercruiser 6.2 mpi 320hp bravo III with 100 hours on it. When i put the boat in the water this year i have been having issues with starting after the boat comes to temp. When i get to the boat in morning or afternoon and start for the first time it starts right up and will run like a champion. If for any reason i shut the boat to tie up or when i get to marina, it will not start unless i open the throttle all the way. I did not know what to do so figured i would do the following;
changed spark plug
changed wires
changed distributo cap and rotor
serpentine belt
oil change
fuel filter inline and water serperator (no water in fuel)
changed the iac valve and muffler
changed the impeller and water pump

After doing all of this i am still have trouble. not sure what to do next, but find it odd that i have to open the throttle like a carburated engine to start it. It cranks very well but never turns over. I was thinking it might be the fuel pressure regulator or something sticking open that after shut off it drips fuel and floods the engine!

PLEASE HELP waited all winter to get this boat running

Sounds like maybe you have a bad injector bleeding fuel, when you open the throttle its venting out as vapor.

Yes sounds like a leaking injector, WOT when cranking it should go into clear flood mode and stop the injectors from pulsing until engine cranks.
