Is it normal for your trim rams to leak down over a few days. I can have it trimmed all the way up sitting in the driveway and after a few days it leaks down to where the skeg is resting on the concrete. I have not found any fluid leaks yet. Just got the boat and put a new motor in and have yet to get it to the lake. Kinda afraid that if I am on the water and have it trimmed up it will keep leaking down. Any advise?

Nope,... Not normal....
It could be leaking internally in the pump's valving, or the ram's seals...

Why store it up?
Your adding unneeded stress to the bellows and the trim cylinders. Not to mention any water in the leg can't drain out.
Store it down and put a 2x4 under the skeg so it wont hit the ground, then you can fix the trim issue in the winter months.

Just make sure you remember to trim it up before you drive away. a very costly mistake if you don't.

Excellent point!! I'm so forgetful I have a magnetic sign that I hang on the winch post that reads "Drive is DOWN" anytime the boat is in the yard. (viewable in the truck's rearview mirror):)
