I am looking for this Mercruiser Service Bulletin # 2003-06, V6 & and V8 [GMEFI] NO START MISS FIRE OR ENGINE CUT OFF CONDITIONS

Installing a new long block with the HVS ignition system and want to see what it says as it has been referenced multiple times in my online prep. Hoping some one has a link to an active copy.
