Hello. I am working on an OMC 3.8 inboard engine. I understand that the Mercruiser Manual #7 has good details on the distributor installation, which is semi-fired and unlike most other installations. Would anyone have a good link to this manual? I have tried all the links available on this forum with no success? Thank you.

Manual is copyrighted and most usually sources have stopped offering it

Any source that offers free manual downloads should be judged carefully, some (many? Most?) are phishing sites for data mining..

Buy a factory service manual, your I/O is an expensive part of the boat, it should be considered money well spent.....
