Mercruiser Alpha One lower unit stuck down

2003 Larson 200 series IO, lower unit stuck down while boating today and seems to be completely out, will not work, switch unresponsive. I have the boat on my lift and need to manually raise the lower unit so I can trailer it to dealership. How do I manually raise it?

Do you hear the pump run? do you hear the solenoids click?
Take a 12Ga jumper from the + battery and touch the blue motor wire. It is the one connected to the large terminal of the solenoid

Pull the cover off the aft trim ram anchor pin, flick the E clip off and pull the pin out. That will allow you to tie the drive and the rams up.
