mercruiser alpha one 3.0 dewinterizing ????

I am looking to buy a 1991 mariah 18' with a merc crusier alpha one 3.0 L. The boat had been winterized but has not been used for 2 years. what do i need to do before i start it up with some engine muffs ?????
