mercruiser Alpha 1 140 hp water leaking from hole in cold water supply housing

Have mercruiser Alpha one 140 hp that has started leaking from a hole in cold water supply housing that is leaking into bilge when engine is a rest.
Is there a frost plug that should be in the hole which is close to the rubber
intake hose?l

On housing on stern drive with rubber hose that leads to engine

Ayuh,... At the Transom,..??
The Bellows is Ripped,+ Leakin',... pull the Drive to Inspect it...

Yes the leak is at the transom

Then you probably need New Bellows...
