Does anyone know if you have to pull the engine out to replace the trim hydraulic line from pump to connector?

OR....

Does anyone know a way to splice one that holds....
So far have attempted a 1/4" brass compression splice.
and also tried a 6" piece of fuel line with hose clamps.
Both blew apart as soon as cylinders hit their max.

Nope,... No need to pull the motor...
The Hyd. manifold bolts on from the Outside, under the drive...
