In 4 th and 5 th pics The item with the two red capped wires is a fuel shutoff valve that was installed by boat manufacturer. My Sea Ray has one that is connected into the engine harness to open when fuel pump is powered up. The wiring diagram and part number for it was in the Sea Ray parts book for my boat. Not sure if the canister to left of it is what you are thinking is a filter?
