Mercruiser 5.7 Maintenance in 29' Proline 1998

If anyone can help, I am buying a 1998 Proline 2950 and the engines are jammed in the corners and I feel I will play hell trying to do the simplest of maintenance,<br /><br />Has anyone experienced this and if so please help me with your thoughts so I do not have to spend 1000.00 on a mechanic to do my routine maintenance, Thankyou

If you havent already bought it, why don't you look around for another boat that will be easier to maintain. If we speak with our pocketbooks, the manufacturers will listen. This is a common problem.
