Mercruiser 5.0 Alpha vibration only with trim down

I bought a 2007 Q6 Tahoe with a 5.0 and alpha drive a month ago and the dealer still can't figure out where the vibration is coming from. It's really pronounced with revs up around 2500 to WOT but only with trim all the way down. They've checked allignment of the motor and then lake tested, but to no avail. Has anyone heard of this happening on any boat this size with similar propultion?

By the way, I just read the Tahoe stringer nightmare thread...Hope BPS has cleaned up their act!

Post a link so we all can read it. New boat, under warranty?

Give it back and get another one.

Bet it ain't cheap, and i'll also bet whatever it is will come back to bite you when your out of warranty.
