So i decided to put a new cap and rotor on, and of course the threads on the distributor to attached the cap to a wiped. Can this be helicoiled? Or do I have to go and buy a 500.00 distributor.
Assuming that this is a Mercury Marine Distributer with the threaded holes on the outer flange, why can't you drill straight through & put a lock nut on the bottom?.....
I think that would work....
