If your talking about lift points, sometimes they are removed after install

Can use a bolt and put it thru the chain and attach to the head.

I like using 2 one inch lifting straps and place them under the exhaust manifolds and attach to hook above carb

Can following lift straps work or not? (This synthetic nylon sling boasts a capacity of 4,800 lb basket, 2,400 lb vertical and 1,920 choker for a variety of hoisting and lifting applications.

It seems that the gimbal bearing installation tools touched the coupler during the installation of gimbal bearing, the alignment tools cannot be pushed into coupler and I pushed the tools very hard and the alignment tools was broken. So I doubted coupler was damaged by me while mounting the gimbal bearing.

But today I did a another testing and I can push yoke directly into coupler, Do that mean that the coupler is still ok.

Yes if you can get the yoke in you should be ok. Your alignment tool may not be made correctly. I think there is a dimensioned drawing in the stickies

It seems that I need not replace the coupler. The alignment tools worked before . You can see the obvious damaged edge in the second picture. I will buy another alignment bar

No picture were attached. Why don't you file the high spots down on the bar vs buying a new one.

Today I got a new alignment bar, But I cannot push it into my gimbal bearing even the diameter is 1.3820 inches. and The old alignment bar is 1.3740. So the old one can be pushed through the gimbal bearing.

you state you replaced the gimbal bearing, what did you use to install it?
Was the drive difficult to remove?
Gimbal bearing may not be centered, did you rap the slignment bar up,down, left, right?

I am concerned that the old alignment bar was damaged and it will damage the coupler if I apply to do the alignment job. so I bought one. But the new alignment bar cannot go through the gimmbal bearing.

I am trying to do the alignment from gimbal bearing to engine.
My old alignment bar can be pushed through the gimbal bearing, but the new one can. I measured the diameter of new bar, it is 1.840 inches. But my old one is 1.374 inches as shown in two pictures.

The water is warm and seems too slow to come out while running motor. Any solution?
