I have a mercruiser bravo 1 and the 3000 classic controller has a broke piece in it, maybe 2. I have concluded that it is too far gone to fix. I have installed a teleflex 1700 series before and it worked great on a previous boat. My question is, what about the trailer button? Do I need the tilt and trim model? Just the tilt model? Can't seem to find any after markets with the trailer trim function? Is it really needed? Thanks
