FreeBeTony self-engineered a Complete Freshwater Cooling System for his old I6 motor, back before he traded up to the V8,+ bigger boat.......
Getting a Heat Exhanger Big enough will be the 1st step.........
A V8 sized 1 should be plenty for cooling both your Block,+ Manifold......
