Mercruiser 3.0 L pontoon doesnt have oil drain hole but have the hose

Hi.I have an oil drain hose but doesnt have hole in the body of the pontoon,is there is a housing kit on the market that i can install?

You pump it out of the dipstick.
There's probably a fitting on the dipstick tube already.
