Merch 150 not getting power to my starter solenoid

Can't seem to get my fish_on!<br />I have a 77' Mercury 150 Black Max serial number 4967664 on an 18’ Skeeter.<br />After a great day of running fine, my motor wouldn't start. I took it home and checked the neutral and ignition switches, the "dead man" switch and battery's. I turn the key and nothing happens. No clicks. No sound. Nada... I bridged the starter, and it seemed to turn fine, but for some reason, I cannot get power to the solenoid This is my wiring diagram: wiringdiagram<br />Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

have you checked for power across the 2 small terminals of the solenoid when the key is in the crank position? Was the throttle in neutral?

Trace red wire number 7 back to engine harness to fuse, check fuse.
