Merc tower - Starter motor bracket

Hi there,

I was reinstalling my starter motor on a 1980 Inline 6 and broke a the bolt that has the round rubber washer on it. It's part of the top bracket that connects with the top of the engine. Anyone familiar with this part and what it might be called? Having a heck of a time finding a replacement.

My starters have the rubber washer on the hot post.
