The carb on my 1995 30 hp mercury serial # OG140108 has been dripping gas from the intake every time the engine is shutdown (only at shutdown). It will drip about 25-30 drops in about as many seconds and then stop. This happens every time the motor is turned off. The motor runs fine from idle to half throttle but sputters at full throttle after only a few seconds at top speed. When the throttle is backed off to half or less it will run smooth.
