Merc Alpha One Big water Leak

Just put my new boat into the water today for the first time. Launched the boat and tied it to the dock and went to park the trailer. Came back and 10 min later while I was at the dock the bilge pump started to spew water. The water was up to the oil pan. Pulled out the boat and might have found the problem. Shift Bellows! (well at least I think it is) torn right in half. My Exhaust bellows is torn apart as well and who knows how good my U-joint bellows is.

That will sure sink her.
The shift and u-joint bellows are the big deals.
Replace them and use a the exhaust tube in stead of the bellows. They are if nothing else easier to install.
