MERC 9.8 Needleroller & out of ballance

Where can I get needleroller bearings (big end) for the con.rod of my MERC 9.8 year 1975.

Also wondered about the drilled holes in the flywheel as the wheel seems quite out of ballance, monday engine?

+ interested in new std or oversized pistons???
